Surfaces and Panels

NJ Laminates offers surfaces and panels for worksurfaces, gallery and divider panels. We use a 2mm PVC for our standard edgebanding, which we apply with our state-of-theart edgebander. We can also apply a .5mm, 1mm, 2mm, or 3mm PVC edge or matching laminate self-edge on your top or panel ranging from 1/4" to 2 1/4" thick. Our custom shop can also apply a PVC or self-edge up to 6” thick by hand.

We have standard, ready-to-ship surfaces and panels in 24” and 30” deep, ranging in 6” increments from 24” to 72” long. We can accommodate seamless straight sizes up to 60” wide and 144” long, and seamless custom contours up to 48” wide and 96” long.

In addition to our locally-made products, we offer the option to re-surface your existing worksurfaces. We can also cut down any existing surfaces you have in order to re-purpose or modify your existing furniture.
